Grant Aid
Forty seven organisations, charities and clubs in the Neath Town Council area benefited from Grant Aid this year. In a presentation evening at the Old Town Hall, successful recipients were awarded their cheques by the Town Mayor, Cllr John Williams. This year the Town Council had extended their budget for grant aid and this had been the highest number of requests ever received. All the organisations were present to receive their grants, and during the reception that followed members, volunteers and groups had the opportuinty to network.

GARDENING AND ALLOTMENT COMPETITION 2011
This year the gardening and allotments were judged on July 11th by independent judges. A presentation eveing will be held in September in the Town Hall, where the winners will be given their certificates and prizes my the Town Mayor, Cllr John Williams.
