Cllr. Alan Carter

Cllr Carter has been an active Town Councillor for the Cefn Saeson Ward since 2011. He was also delighted and honoured to be nominated as Neath Town Mayor during 2014/15 where he was received with positivity within the Neath community. A caring, kind and loyal Councillor who will be greatly missed by fellow Members and Staff of Neath Town Council.

Neath Town Council wish to pass on our sincere condolences to his wife Margaret and Alan’s family and friends.

Cllr Carter’s Funeral will take place at Margam Crematorium on Thursday, 28th November 2019 at 11am followed by light refreshments in Neath Town Hall.
