To book any of our Community Centres, contact the office on 01639 642126 during office hours - 9am - 2pm
Once you have provisionally booked the hall, an email or letter containing an invoice will be sent to you. The payment for the hall must be received one week in advance or the booking will be classed as provisional and the date released.
For those hall hirers who will be providing food at their event, attached is a guideline document from Environmental Health called ‘Catering from home safely
’ which will help you be aware of basic food hygiene that you will need to consider.
On the day and time of the booking the Caretaker will meet you at the premises and run through the fire evacuation procedures and explain the facilities to you. On each Hall Notice Board there will be the number of the caretaker listed if you need to contact them during your booking. This list also includes Emergency Numbers.
